SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Orders are packed and shipped Monday – Friday only. Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed on the next business day. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days. Orders with out of stock item(s), may take an additional 15 business days to process and ship.

 

We ship from Punjab India to all Territories in India except those PIN Codes not serviced by our Logistics Partner. The cost of shipping will be calculated and indicated at the time of Checkout. The price you see on the checkout page is inclusive of shipping cost and is exactly what you would pay.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Although we try our best to deliver your items during the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed. No extra handling charges will be charged to you at the time of delivery. Please do not make any such extra payments to anyone at the time of delivery.

 

For International Shipping, local taxes of the country where the order is shipped might be applicable which has to borne by the customer. Rity or Rity Designs is no way liable to pay these taxes.

 

If you are not home, the order will be taken back and marked as not delivered. You can then obtain directions on how to procure your order.

Unless requested by the Logistics partner, we do not require a signature for delivery. We do not ask for any personal information from our customers at the time of delivery other than identification proof. Please be careful while providing any information to any person claiming to be an agent of www.rity.in.

Return & Exchange Policy

No Refund will be entertained on discounted merchandise.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Within India

It is our endeavor to provide you with the best customer service possible hence we permit returns and exchanges within 7 business days of receiving the package but only incase of the following reasons. No other requests will be entertained aside from those mentioned below.

1) Size Mis-match 

2) Wrong product received 

3) Damaged product received

You need to inform us within 48 hours of receiving the package on service@rity.in, else the goods will be considered sold and no further requests will be entertained. Incase of above exchanges, the money will issued to you in the form of a voucher code with a validity of 1 month.

 

Outside India

We do not permit any returns or exchanges for international orders.

 

5 SIMPLE STEPS TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN YOUR GOODS

Step 1

You need to inform us by email within 2 business days of receiving the parcel on service@rity.in or call us on +91 81141 01234. If we are not informed within 2 business days regarding a return, the merchandise is considered sold for good.

 

Step 2

Please await a mail confirmation from our end for initiating the return

 

Step 3

Please seal the package properly and courier it to us at:

Step 4

Please email us to inform us that you are sending the package back to us, with your order number as the subject line and tracking details in the body of the email.

 

Step 5

Once we receive the products it will take is 24-48 working hours for us to do a quality check and then we will call you or email you for an exchange.
